Only one Reader is needed for the weekend Masses, as they now read both the first and second readings, and the petitions.
Lectors, Ministers of Communion and Ministers of Hospitality (ushers) are needed.
Communion is now distributed after the final dismissal. If a minister accidently touches someone in the communion line, we are asked to stop distributing, set the hosts down on the nearby table, and use hand sanitizer before proceeding to the next person in line. We take these steps for the safety and protection of everyone.
